How do I choose which case to buy?
Browse the full case archive and read each case's premise before deciding — every case is a standalone mystery, so you can start with any of them. If you'd rather not choose, the Mystery Case option picks one for you at random from our verified catalog.
What's the difference between a single case and The Mailbox Society?
A single case is a one-time purchase of one specific story, no ongoing commitment. The Mailbox Society is a standing membership — cases arrive automatically, one after another, for as long as you stay subscribed.

How often do letters arrive?
Twice a month, for about 3 months per case — 6 letters total, mailed directly to the address you provide at checkout.
What if a letter gets lost in the mail?

What age range is this for?

Will my kid be scared?
The stories are genuinely suspenseful — that's the point — but built with real safeguards: no graphic content, no permanent harm to any character, and the danger is never something the kid in the story hides from a trusted adult.

Yes. To cancel, just email us at info@boogeymansmailbox.com Canceling stops future billing right away, and any case already in progress still finishes arriving in full.
Do I get to pick which case comes next?
No — that's the point of the membership. The next case in the curated lineup arrives automatically, so you never have to choose.
