Your case (or membership) is confirmed and queued for its first letter.
Hand-Packaged
Each letter is individually stamped, folded, and sealed by hand as its mailing date approaches.
Mailed
Sent twice a month, on the same cadence for every subscriber.
In Your Mailbox
Delivery timing follows standard mail — see below for what to expect.
Delivery schedule
Twice a month, for about 3 months per case

Included in every price
Address changes
Email us before your next letter ships and we'll update it going forward — a letter already in the mail can't be redirected
Damaged
A letter arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all
Email us and we'll send a replacement letter, printed and mailed the same way as the original.
